We learned how to make lei the
old-fashioned way, growing up in
Hawaii, climbing trees and
scrambling through the garden
bare-footed to pick the greenest
young ferns and the prettiest
blossoms, and then sitting next to
mom, grandma, auntie, and
cousins to learn and create
together.

We use locally-grown flowers
and foliage whenever possible,
and supplement them with the
freshest air-flown delivery of
fresh flower stems from the
tropics.

When you order a custom lei,
you can specify color
preferences, specific flowers,
and choose the style you like
best.  If you aren't sure, we'll
help you create the perfect lei for
any occasion!

Single strands of pink and red carnation leis
A stunning lei haku features ferns, ti leaves, roses, baby's breath, and alstromeria for this lucky Graduate's mortar cap
A gorgeous pair of triple mini-carnation leis
A single-strand lei of pink miniature rosebuds
Lei Haku: a composition of different lei materials, such as ferns, leaves, and
various flowers, tied together rather than strung.  This style of lei is frequently
worn around the head, on a hat, or around a graduation cap, but could also be
worn around the neck, wrists, or ankles.  In the photo at right, the lei haku is
made with ferns, ti leaves, roses, baby's breath, and alstromeria, in the
graduate's school colors. This stunning lei is $75, and can be made with a
variety of materials.  A special lei that is also gorgeous for a bride,
bridesmaids, prom, or any special occasion!
We make our own lei locally, so
they're fresher, look better, and
last longer than leis ordered and
shipped here from Hawaii!

cap, with candy and flower lei
Single-strand lei ku'i: the basic lei form, comprised of blossoms strung
singly through the centerline of the bloom.  Common flower choices include
mini carnations, rosebuds, and orchids.  Depending on availability, tuberose
and other exotics are beautiful and fragrant!  Nuts, seeds, and leaves can also
be used.  Prices start at $25 for a single-strand carnation, orchid, tuberose, or
mixed floral lei.
Double, triple, or quad lei ku'i: a fancier lei, composed of many more
flowers, strung sideways through the blossom and arranged to form a
gorgeous, thick lei of velvety petals.  Most often made of large or miniature
carnations in various colors, but other flowers are possible.  Prices start at
$50 for a triple-carnation lei, like the ones pictured.  This lei can also be made
with orchid petals or foliage mixed in with the carnations.
Non-Floral Lei: other popular choices for lei materials include ribbons,
candy, money, and other goodies - we can make these, too!  Prices start at
just $15 for a candy lei.
Now you can get beautiful, custom-designed, fresh flower leis that are
hand-made right here in Indianapolis, Indiana!  Because they're made
locally, they're the freshest, peak-bloom flowers you can get, so they will look
better and last longer than any lei flown here from Hawaii.
